Megan C. Davis

Megan Davis is passionate about the cases she is involved in and works tirelessly on behalf of the firm’s clients. She has worked with attorney William Barnes since 2011 and has a wealth of experience, having been inside the courtroom working on over 10 cases that reached a jury verdict. Megan helps clients navigate the legal, medical, and financial challenges that accompany devastating injuries. She is involved in cases from start to finish and assists with record retrieval, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials.
Megan is an Advanced Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), where she is an active member, and also a paralegal member of the South Carolina Association for Justice. Perhaps more importantly than all of her professional accomplishments, Megan and her family give back by volunteering with youth sports in Hampton.
